Marshall is about an hour and a half from Dr. Steffen’s Jefferson City office, so most Saline County patients come in for surgery and plastic surgery consultations rather than routine med spa visits. Getting here from Marshall

Most Marshall patients take I-70 East to Columbia, then US-63 South into Jefferson City and Highway 50 West to the West Stadium Boulevard medical corridor — roughly 85 miles. Heading south on US-65 to Sedalia and then east on US-50 is about the same distance. Plan on an hour and a half either way.
